Which information should my booking request to BCC include?

Surname, first name, a telephone number under which you can be reached, description of the service you require.

Which vehicles can I book at BCC?

We rent the current Mercedes Benz models with chauffeur in the categories:

  • Limousine, E-Class and S-Class
  • Minivan, V-Class and Sprinter as a minibus.
  • We do not offer taxis, vintage or stretch limousines.

How can I book BCC bindingly?

After receiving your request via email / website or by calling BCC, you will receive an offer based on availability. If you agree with our offer, we will send you a written order confirmation. We recommend a lead time of at least 12 hours for your booking request.

What payment options does BCC offer?

You can choose from the following payment options:

  • Credit & EC card payment at the chauffeur
  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • Cash payment
  • For registered* customers, whether private or business, we offer also an individual form of billing

How can I cancel my booking with BCC?

Unless otherwise agreed in your order confirmation, cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. To cancel your booking, please inform us by mail or by phone. A late cancellation, up to 12 hours before, will be charged with 50% of the agreed price. Less than 12 hours before the booked date, the full amount will be charged and invoiced.

Where and how will I be picked up, how do I recognize my driver?

  • At the airport, unless otherwise requested and agreed, you will be personally picked up by our driver at the gate with a sign according to your wishes. Please tell us in advance your flight and mobile number. In case of questions or delays, please call our hotline.

  • At the train station it is necessary for the smooth running of a pick-up, that the passenger contacts the driver shortly before his arrival.

  • At the hotel, the driver will wait for you in front of the entrance or, if desired, he will contact the reception.

  • At private residences, the driver will be waiting for you in front of the doorstep. If you want the driver to ring the doorbell on his arrival, please let us know in your request.

  • Our drivers do not wear uniform, but well-groomed business attire, e.g. a suit & tie.

Which languages do the BCC drivers speak?

Prerequisite for our chauffeurs are the languages German and English. In case you like to have a driver with knowledge of another language, please contact us.

How long do the passport checks take at Cologne, Düsseldorf or Frankfurt airport?

For scheduled flights it takes about 15-25 minutes at the airports Cologne and Düsseldorf. At Frankfurt airport about 30 minutes. However, waiting times vary considerably, depending on the day of the week and the time of day.
Attention: This information does not include the extra time for baggage claim.

Will there be additional costs for a delayed landing?

No. BCC monitors the flights in real time and we update your order, based on your real time of arrival at the airport. Regardless of whether it's a charter or scheduled flight, or landing of a private plane.

What does BCC charge for the waiting period?

Most passengers leave the airport within a waiting time of
30 or 45 minutes, which is free of charge at BCC (30 minutes for scheduled flights, 45 minutes for international flights).
Attention: The free waiting period starts after landing. The prices for additional waiting times vary according to vehicle category and will be charged according to the calculated current price list.

How much time do I need from the Cologne City Center to the airport?

BCC recommends to calculate a 20-30 minute drive from the Center of Cologne to Cologne / Bonn Airport, 45-55 minutes to Dusseldorf Airport and less than 2 hours to Frankfurt airport!
Attention: Traffic is unpredictable, so please calculate additional time for bad weather and / or increased traffic at fair times.
We check the current traffic situation and, if necessary, we will inform before your transfer about a modified calculation of the travel time.

* Registered are those customers who are known to BCC by personal information and use our services regularly.
